To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order at info@SolenandGrey.com. Once we have reviewed your request and received the returned item, we will ship a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item.
We replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@SolenandGrey.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
Solen & Grey is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout but reported as lost or stolen. If this happens, please contact us and we will provide you with the full delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to assist you in filing a claim.
